Return Policy. We guarantee items to be free of defects. If your order does not meet with your satisfaction, you may return it unused and not laundered with all original tags and packaging within 15 days of receipt of package. Videos, audio cassettes and luster tights must be unopened for a refund. Shoes can be returned or exchanged only if they have not been worn (unless defective), and you must call FitnessStuff at (800) 423-5594 for a return authorization before sending shoes back to the factory.
